Kathryn Weber Karp

As Maria mentioned, I have known her since she was an exchange student. I am so proud of the wonderful woman she has become, and I am privileged to be part of the advisory board for her new non-profit. During my thirty years with the Washoe County School District, working as a teacher, counselor and administrator, I worked with multiple agencies, and created many programs for populations in need. Working with C.A.A.W. (council to aid abused women) I saw the needs of women and families. As a school counselor and Marriage and Family Therapists, I provided resources for many families. I have also been on the board of multiple non-profits. I look forward to working with all of you.
